Winter is coming to a close, and with it comes the exciting shift into a new season at MontiArts. As we wrap up our glowing winter lantern traditions, we’re turning toward the bright, budding promise of spring- a time of fresh ideas, bold color, and creative growth.

There’s so much blooming and blossoming at MontiArts in the months ahead, including our vibrant Bloomapalooza Floral Art Show, the return of our beloved mosaic workshops, a brand new generative writing workshop, more fun-filled kids classes, and this month’s Open Mic ready to fill the room with music, poetry, and connection.

Like the first green shoots of the season, new inspiration is everywhere- and we can’t wait to grow into it together.

This show is open to all ages- even wee tiny seedlings can submit their artwork!

Spring Mosaic Session is starting up

With the arrival of spring, we’re excited to welcome back our mosaic sessions starting next week. If you have ever been curious about mosaics but haven’t had the chance to try, this is the perfect opportunity to get started.

Our Intro to Mosaics sessions begin Monday the 16th from 1:00–4:00 p.m. These introductory classes are designed for beginners and will guide you through the fundamentals in a supportive and creative environment. You’ll learn about materials, design, and techniques as you begin work on your own mosaic piece.
