Our spring art show, Stop and Smell the Artwork, is going on throughout the month of June! Viewing hours are during our regular Open Studio times.

Tuesdays 9am-Noon

Wednesdays 6-9pm

Special Viewing Day- Saturday June 14th, 10am-4pm

(during and after Walk & Roll at MontiArts)

Speaking of….We will be hosting another popular All-Day Open Studio and Open House during Walk & Roll at West Bridge Park. What’s Walk & Roll you say? Head to the City of Monticello’s website to see. It’s a TON of fun! MontiArts will be at West Bridge Park that morning as well. Come see us there and then roll on up to our building to cool off, check out the Stop and Smell the Artwork show and/or bring your art supplies and jump in!

The Artist’s Way class wraps up this month! (already?)

Another incredible session of The Artist’s Way is coming to a close in June and we are blown away by the creative growth and deep connections formed. This group built lasting friendships and powerful momentum- keep an eye out for the next round!

Our Annual Community Art Show is Back!

We’re excited to bring this beloved event to life once again—and it wouldn’t be possible without our hard-working, dedicated volunteer committee. Their passion and effort make every detail shine!

Artist In Residence Spring 2025- How To Be In A Band 101

Ketan Kulkarni’s How to Be in a Band artist residency has officially wrapped, and it was an outstanding success! The workshops were deeply meaningful- kids not only learned valuable music skills but also gained confidence, teamwork, and life lessons along the way.

Ketan has a true gift for connecting with young people and creating a space where creativity thrives. We feel incredibly lucky to have hosted him and are already looking ahead to bringing this workshop back next year- stay tuned!
